Jackin’ Around

Jackin’ Around

• The room will be divided into 3 teams, and captains will be elected.
• At the beginning of each round, each team will be given a card to start their BlackJack hand.
• At the start of the game a trivia question will be read.
• If the team answers the question correctly they will take control of the card play.
• If the team answers in correctly that team will no longer be able to answer the trivia question.
• The two remaining teams will then have a chance to answer the trivia question to gain control of the card play.
• If there is only one remaining answer, the question will be scrapped, and a new question will be read. All teams are now back in play.
• The team that answers the question correctly will draw a card, and will have the following options.
a. Keep the card and add its value to your total.
b. Keep the card and add its value to your total, and freeze your hand.
c. Pass the card to one of the other teams and add its value to their total.
d. Pass the card to one of the other teams and add its value to their total, and freeze your hand.
** Freezing your hand**
a. This means you will take your chances with your hand, and let the other 2 teams try to beat it.
b. The other two teams will continue playing until either 1 of them beats your hand, knocking you out of the round, or they both bust out.
c. If one of the other teams beat your hand, the remaining team has to take cards until they either beat the new high hand, or until they bust out.
d. In case of a tie one card will be drawn for each team that is still in play, and the high card wins.
• Play will continue in this fashion until either a team reaches 21, automatically winning the round, or there is only one team that has not busted.
• At the end of the game the team with the highest score wins.

**Points**
1 point for each correct answer to a multiple choice question.
3 points for busting a team out.
5 points for winning a round.
10 points for winning with any 21 point hand.
15 points for winning with a natural blackjack
