Tic Tac Trivia GAME RULES
A trivia game of multiple choice, maybe?
2 teams, 2 captains, a scorekeeper and timer.
The host will read a general knowledge question without the clues.
The active team will have 45 seconds for discussion.
The team may select to answer the question with no clues for 3 points.
If the captain requests clues, the possible score is reduced to 2 points and 3 clues are given.
The team will have a 30 second discussion time.
If the correct choice is selected, the team earns 2 points.
If an incorrect answer is given, play moves to the opposing team for a possible 1 point steal.
The team captain must submit the final answer within 30 seconds.
BONUS: If the team correctly answers the question without clues, they will place an X or O in 1 of 9 squares, as in tic tac toe. The first team to achieve 3 in a row on the board will earn 20 bonus points.
The opposing team will keep their original points with no bonus points.
Scoring:
1. Answering without choices earns the team 3 points.
2. If clues are requested, the team may earn 2 points.
3. A steal will earn the opposing team 1 point.
As with all games on this site, the only device permitted during game play is your brain.
